Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order N°073/A/MNAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI to lay down the establishment of the secondary Civil Statuts Registration Centre of Wouri Division; Considering Letter, of 30 january 2020 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Wouri Division; Considering service needs,
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu Le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu Le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu Le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu Le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu L'arrêté n°459/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil secondaire dans le Département de la Wouri Considérant la lettre du 30 juillet 2024 du Préfet du Département de la Wouri ; Considérant les nécessités de service ,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr ETO'O André is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Logbessou PK 14 Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Douala 3, Sub-Division, Wouri Division. Article 2. Mr ETO'O André shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance NO. 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law NO. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011.
