The Minister of Finance, Louis Paul MOTAZE, has the honour to bring to the knowledge of Authorizing officers, Project Owners, and Delegated Project Owners, Financial Controllers, Public Accountants, as well as Economic Operators that, the 2023 State budget goes into execution as from January 1, 2023.
Consequently, he invites all actors involved in the budgetary chain, to take part in the launching ceremonies of the 2022 State budget to be organized in the Headquarters of the financial jurisdictions on January 16 and 17, 2023.
The Minister of Finance counts on the participation of all in these important gatherings, whose objective is to ensure a better mastery of the regulations enforce in the domain of public finances in general, and the Government budgetary policy for the 2023 financial year in particular.
