Within the framework of the implementation of new tax and budgetary reforms, in particular those relating to the consideration of the card index of active taxpayers in the public expenditure chain, the Minister of Finance, Louis Paul Motaze, hereby calls the attention of the general public to the fact that, from the 2021 fiscal year, the status of "active taxpayer" will be essential to initiate financial transactions with the Cameroonian administration.
This card index of assets produced and updated by the Division in charge of registration at the Directorate General of Taxation lists all the taxpayers known to the taxation services.
In this regard, a systematic control of their presence in this card index will henceforth be the condition for commitment and payment of public expenditure to their benefit.
This measure concerns legal persons (of public and private law) domiciled in Cameroon exercising an activity subject to tax, and registered with the tax centres.
The Minister of Finance therefore invites all taxpayers to consult the list of active taxpayers available on the MINFI website at www.minfi.gov.cm.

Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des nouvelles réformes fiscales et budgétaires notamment celles relatives à la prise en compte du fichier des contribuables actifs dans la chaîne de la dépense publique, le Ministre des Finances, Louis Paul Motaze, porte à la connaissance du grand public que pour compter de l'exercice budgétaire 2021, la qualité de "contribuable actif" sera indispensable pour engager les opérations financières avec l'administration camerounaise.
Ce fichier des actifs produit et maintenu à jour par la Division en charge de l'immatriculation de la Direction Générale des Impôts énonce l'ensemble des contribuables connus des services fiscaux.
A cet égard, un contrôle systématique de leurs présences dans ce fichier conditionnera désormais l'engagement et le paiement d'une dépense publique à leurs profits.
Cette mesure concerne les personnes morales (de droit public et de droit privé) domiciliées au Cameroun exerçant une activité soumise à l'impôt, et enregistrées auprès des centres des Impôts.
Par conséquent, le Ministre des finances invite l'ensemble des contribuables à consulter dorénavant la liste des contribuables actifs disponible sur le site web du MINFI à l'adresse www.minfi.gov.cm.
