The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform informs the general public of the circulation at this moment, especially on the social media, of false information on an alleged operation concerning the recruitment of temporary workers by his Ministry. This information which is propagated by unscrupulous fellows usually gives rise to recurrent acts of corruption that exposes their authors or accomplices to disciplinary sanctions or criminal prosecution.

The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby reiterates that any recruitment into the Public Service is done either by competitive exam, or upon graduation following a government competitive exam or by special authorization of the President of the Republic or the Prime Minister, in compliance with the provisions of the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service and decree No.78/484 of 9 November 1978 to lay down the common provisions applicable to State employees governed by the Labour Code.

He further indicates that the only ongoing recruitments concern competitive examinations and selection tests announced within the framework of the implementation of the 2020 recruitment plan and invites the public to refer, for further information, to MINFOPRA’s call centre at the following numbers 8566 and 1522, the Department of State Human Resources Development (DDRHE), MINFOPRA Web Site and Facebook page at the following addresses:
