COMMUNIQUE RADIO-PRESSE
Le Ministre des Finances porte à la connaissance des contribuables que la réforme des téléprocédures fiscales est étendue depuis le 1er juillet 2021 à tous les Centres Divisionnaires des Impôts des Chefs-lieux de Département et d'Arrondissement, marquant la dernière phase de cette réforme sur l'ensemble du territoire national.
A cet effet, dans le cadre de l'accompagnement et de l'initiation aux téléprocédures des petites et micro entreprises relevant des Centres sus-visés, les dates limites de déclarations et paiements des impôts et taxes au titre du troisième trimestre 2021 légalement fixées au 15 de chaque mois, sont reportées respectivement à la fin de chaque mois comme suit :
- 31 juillet 2021 au titre des opérations du mois de juin ;
- 31 août 2021 pour les opérations du mois de juillet ;
- 30 septembre 2021 en ce qui concerne les opérations du mois d'août.
Le Ministre des Finances compte sur le civisme fiscal de tous.

The Minister of Finance hereby informs taxpayers that, the reform on the Electronic Filing procedures was postponed since July 1st, 2021 for all the Divisional Tax Centers (DTCs) and Subdivisional Tax Centers all over the national territory which are yet to integrate the last phase of the digitalization process.
Thus, as part of the support and initiation to electronic procedures for small and micro enterprises under the competence of the aforementioned Centers, the deadlines for filing and payment of taxes for the third quarter of 2021 legally set on the 15th of each month, are carried forward respectively as follows:
- July 31, 2021 for the month of June;
- August 31, 2021 for the month of July;
- September 30, 2021 for the month of August.
The Minister of Finance counts on the compliance of all and sundry.
