The Ministry of Finance informs public officials in the education sector that a computer incident occurred during the process of automatic career update for certain staff when processing salaries for September 2024.
This situation led to an involuntary fall in the salaries of 1478 staff out of a total of 388 811 public servants.
The Ministry of Finance, while regretting this situation, wishes to reassure the personnel concerned as to the mobilization of the competent services for the correction of this incident. Thus, arrangements have already been made for the positioning of supplementary salaries for staff affected, by no later than Tuesday, October 1st, 2024.
