# CALL FOR MANIFESTATION OF INTEREST
NO. 003 /CDENO/AD/SIGAMP/2026 OF 02-04-2026 TO SELECT A CONSULTANT FOR THE TRAINING OF STAKEHOLDERS OF THE DAIRY SECTOR.
- SUBJECT:
Within the framework of the PIISAH – CDENO budget for the fiscal year 2026, the Administrative Director of the North West Livestock Development Fund (CDENO), contracting authority hereby launches a call for manifestation of interest in view of selecting a consultant for the training of stakeholders of the dairy sector.
- NATURE OF Service: The services to select a consultant to carry out the training of stakeholders of the Dairy sector
- SUBMISSION OF BIDS: SUBMISSION OF BIDS: Each bid shall be drafted in English or French and submitted by the bidder on the COLEPS platform not later than 09 of 04/2026 at 11.00 am. The originals of the Administrative documents shall be sealed and submitted alongside the Back-up copies of the tender recorded on a USB key or CD/DVD which must be sent to the CDENO tenders Board in a sealed envelope with the clear and legible indication "back-up copy", in addition to the above-mentioned Indication, within the deadline set and should carry the following inscription:

File size and format
For online submissions, the offer must be submitted by the bidder on the COLEPS platform and the maximum sizes of the documents that will transit on the platform and constitute the tenderer's offer are the following:
- 5 MB for the Administrative file;
- 15 MB for the Technical Offer;</call>
The following formats are accepted: - PDF format for text documents; - JPEG for images.
The applicant shall make sure that he uses compressing software to possibly reduce the size of the files to be transmitted

4. COMPOSITION OF DOCUMENTS:
