OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER NO. 007/ONIT/NWR/DMD/AC/ACITB/2026 OF 04/03/2026 FOR THE COMPLETION OF PHASE II OF A MULTIPURPOSE HALL IN AKO TOWN, AKO COUNCIL AREA, DONGA MANTUNG DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION.

SUBJECT OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER: Within the framework of the execution of the 2025 state budget, the State of Cameroon represented by the Mayor AKO Council hereby launches an open national invitation to tender for the COMPLETION OF PHASE II OF A MULTIPURPOSE HALL IN AKO TOWN, AKO COUNCIL AREA, DONGA MANTUNG DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION. (By Emergency Procedure)

1. NATURE OF SERVICE: Work to be done consists of:

The services solicited comprise the construction of a multipurpose hall in Ako town, ako sub-division and the detailed information is provided in the technical specifications.

1. DURATION OF EXECUTION: The maximum deadline for the execution provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be four months (120 calendar days) with effect from date of notification of the Administrative Service Order to start works.

1. LOTS: The work is in one (1) lot as follows: - the Completion of Phase II of a Multipurpose Hall In Ako Town, Ako Sub Division, DongaMantung Division, North West Region.

1. ESTIMATED COST: The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Thirty one Million one Hundred and fifty three thousand nine hundred and forty three Franc (31.153.943) fcfa
