CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE GUTTERS
FINANCING: PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET 2026
- SUBJECT OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER:
Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2026, the Mayor of Isangele Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender for Construction of reinforced concrete gutters in Isangele Municipality.
- NATURE OF WORKS:
The works comprise the following:
- Site installation.
- Excavation of trenches.
- Subgrade preparation.
- Blinding of trench bed
- Reinforced concrete works
- Backfilling and clean up.
- EXECUTION DEADLINE
The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be Three (03) Months.
5. ESTIMATED COST:
The estimated cost after studies is Twenty-five million, five hundred thousand (25 500 000) FCFA all taxes inclusive for each of the lots.
6. PARTICIPATION AND ORIGIN:
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or Company that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
7. FINANCING
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender, shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year, budget head

8. BID BOND:
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of five hundred and ten thousand (510,000) Francs CFA valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids
9. CONSULTATION OF THE TENDER FILE:
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publishing of this tender notice, at the Private Secretariat of the Mayor of the Isangele Council, Tel: 653212239.
10. ACQUISITION OF TENDER FILE:
The complete tender file may be obtained from the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Isangele Council as soon as this notice is published against a payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50.000) FCFA payable at the Isangele Council Treasury.
11. SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Isangele Council not later than 26/03/2026 at 9am and should carry the inscription:
