# Press release
The Minister of Finance, Louis Paul MOTAZE, hereby informs public opinion that some unscrupulous people are using the online payslip platform "ebulletin" to commit acts of corruption and scams on service users. In the same vein to jeopardize the reforms undertaken to facilitate the work of service users, several administrators who have been designated to assist users of this platform are using it as trade counters.
This situation is highly detrimental to the image of the Ministry of Finance, which designed and implemented this digital solution to protect Cameroonians from displacement and all forms of scams perpetrated by crooked intermediaries.
The Minister of Finance recalls to this end that the consultation or better still the printing of the pay slip or the registration certificate online through the website https://ebulletin.minfi.cm is and remains free of charge.
By inviting everyone to be more vigilant, the Minister of Finance reserves the right to apply the necessary sanctions against people who engage in such practices in defiance of subsequent regulations and instructions.
