OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
No _01_/ONIT/BC/BCITB/2026 OF _13_/_03_/2026 FOR THE BOREHOLE EQUIPPED WITH SOLAR SYSTEM PHASE II AT YOUTH CENTRE IN GWAN IN BALI SUB DIVISION, MEZAM DIVISION IN THE NORTH WEST REGION.

- Subject of the invitation to tender:
The Mayor of BALI Council, Contracting Authority, on behalf of the Republic of Cameroon, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender for THE BOREHOLE EQUIPPED WITH SOLAR SYSTEM PHASE II AT YOUTH CENTRE IN GWAN IN BALI SUB DIVISION, MEZAM DIVISION IN THE NORTH WEST REGION.
- Nature of work:
Work to be done consists of the following activities:
- Site installation;
- Execution plan
- Site office;
- Structure and electrical pump installation;
- Training on maintenance and operation.
- Technical report of completed project
- Execution Deadline of work
The maximum deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this Invitation to Tender is Ninety (90) days from the date of the notification of the service order for work to start.
- Lots
The work is in one lot.
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Ten Million (10,000,000) Francs CFA:
- Participation and origin
Participation to this Invitation to Tender is opened to Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the Cameroon laws.
- Financing
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2026 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Decentralization and Rural Development.
- Bid Bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative document, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance in conformity with COBAC conditions, whose list is found in document No. 12 of the tender file of an amount of FCFA 200,000 (two hundred thousand CFA francs) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
9. Consultation of tender file:
The file may be consulted during working hours at the BALI Council office, Tel No. ______________ as soon as this notice is published.
10. Acquisition of files:
The tender file may be acquired from the BALI Council office upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt of eighteen thousand (18,000) CFA. Such a receipt shall identify the payer as representing the company that wants to participate in the tender.
