# OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER ## N°02/AONO/C.DS/SG/CIPM/2026 OF 20/01/2026
FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE SINGLE-PHASE MT/BT ELECTRICAL NETWORK OF NDAH VILLAGE (FINAL PHASE) IN THE FONGO-NDENG GROUP, DISCHANG COUNCIL, MENOUA DIVISION, WEST REGION (ON EMERGENCY PROCEDURE)
1. Object
Within the framework of the execution of the Public Investment Budget the Mayor of the DISCHANG Council, contracting authority launches on its own behalf, an Open National call for tenders for the work of the above-mentioned purpose.
2. Works
The call for tenders concerns the extension of the single-phase MT/BT electrical network of Ndah village (final phase) in the Fongo-Ndeng Group, in the Dschang Council.
3. Participation and origin
Participation in this call for tenders is open on equal terms to all Cameroonian law with skills in the field of buildings and public works.
4. Allotment
All the work is divided into a single (01) lot
5. Financement
The Public Investment Budget (PIB) MINDDEVEL 2026 will finance this project.
6. Estimated Cost
The estimated cost of the operation at the end of the preliminary studies is Twenty million (20,000,000) CFA Francs including all taxes.
7. Consultation of the tender file
The Tender file can be consulted during working hours in the General Secretary Office of the Mayor of Dschang Council, Tel.: 674 97 87 61.
8. Acquisition of The Consultation File
The Tender file can be obtained from the General Secretary Office of the Mayor of Dschang Council by presentation of a treasury receipt showing payment into the public treasury of a non-refundable sum of F CFA fifty thousand (50,000) as being the purchasing cost of the file.
9. Provisional surety
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established according to the model indicated in the Tender Document and in the amount of one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA Francs issued by one of the first-rate banks approved by the Minister responsible for Finance.
The provisional bond will be automatically released no later than one hundred and thirty

Each offer written in English or French an in seven (07) copies whose one (01) original and six (06) copies marked like as, must be deposited to the Secretariat-general of the Dschang council, latest on February 17, 2026 at 09 a.m. standard time and have to be marked:
