OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
N°02/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/PIB/2026 OF 3 JAN 2026 FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR ENERGY IN FIVE(05) HEALTH CENTERS IN ALL THE FOUR VILLAGES IN BABESSI SUB-DIVISION, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION OF THE NORTH-WEST REGION.

- Subject of the Invitation to Tender:
Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of Babessi Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for The Supply And Installation of Solar Energy in Five (05) Health Centers in All The Four Villages in Babessi Sub-Division, Ngoketunjia Division of The North-West Region.
- Nature of work:
Work to be done consists of
☑ Supply and installation of Eighteen (18) PV Panels. 550Wc/24V, monocrystalline with all accessories to be mounted on the roof.
☑ Supply and installation of two (02) Packs of 15kWh LITHIUM Batteries 51,2V/300A.
☑ Supply and installation of One (01) Inverter Power hybrid 10KW/48V.
☑ Supply and installation of cables and other accessories Solar panel cable.
☑ Supply and installation of eighty 15w solar LED Tube bulbs.
☑ The Sundry expenses will consist of:
> Site installation. > Transport and manutention of materials.
- Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this Invitation to Tender is three (03) months
- Lot
The work is in a single lot.
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Sixty Million and Ten Thousand one hundred (60,010,100) FCFA
- Participation and origin
Participation to this Invitation to Tender is opened to Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the Cameroon laws.
- Financing
Works which form the subject of this Invitation to Tender shall be financed by the PIB MINEE 2026. Budget head number _______________
- Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued in line with the prescriptions of the "Gaisse des Depots Et Consignations-CDEC" by a first-rate banking establishment or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 13 of the Tender File, of an amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND TWO (1,200,202) FCFA, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
