The retained Enterprise should report at the Kumba I Council chambers to fulfill the laid down administrative formalities concerning the signing of the contract.
Unsuccessful bidders are called upon to withdraw their tender documents from the office of the Mayor of Kumba I Council within fifteen days from the date of publication of this communiqué. Failure to do that the said documents shall be disposed of without further notice
