# SECTION 126: By Executive and Judiciary Reciprocally
Whoever - Using the representation of the executive authority, issues any order or evaluation to any Court, or - Using a legal or judicial officer, issues any order or evaluation to any executive or administrative authority, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 4 (10) months to 5 (five) years.

N epotism, corruption attempts, insults, defamation, false report, propagation of fake news, slander and breach of privacy. This is what the personnel of the public service of justice in Cameroon face on a daily basis in the discharge of their duties. However, relentlessly, they devote their time to the service of the State, for justice to be rendered on the territory of the Republic, in the name of the people of Cameroon. On a daily basis, judicial and penitentiary personnel make undeniable efforts in the interest of litigants, in accordance with the law and in all impartiality, in order to uphold the image of judicial services.
