FOR THE SELECTION OF AN OPERATOR FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE STAFF CANTEEN AT DOUALA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

1. CONTEXT AND JUSTIFICATION FOR THE CONSULTATION
As part of its commitment to improving working conditions and employee well-being, Cameroon Airports Plc (ADC SA) has refurbished the staff canteen at the Douala International Airport.
In accordance with the Concession Agreement signed with the State of Cameroon on 15 October 2015, ADC SA has decided to award the management and operation of the canteen to a qualified catering company.
2. SUBJECT OF CONSULTATION
The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to select qualified economic operators to provide catering services for the staff canteen at Douala International Airport.
3. PURPOSE OF THE MISSION
In general, the mission aims to manage and operate the staff canteen at the Douala airport platform under conditions that guarantee:
- high-quality, balanced catering services tailored to staff needs;
- affordable and controlled prices;
- strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and health standards.
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions applicable to temporary occupancy and use of airport spaces granted to ADC S.A. (CCCG), for approximately 750 staff of all categories at Douala airport.

# 4. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED SERVICE
The management and operation of the staff canteen at Douala Airport will entail the following :
- the preparation and distribution of meals and related services, according to schedules and procedures to be agreed upon ;
- the organisation and daily operation of the staff canteen ;
- the routine maintenance of the provided premises, equipment and facilities made available ;
- compliance with applicable safety, hygiene and health regulations.
An inventory of the premises, equipment and facilities will be conducted before the occupied spaces are granted.
# 5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE
This consultation is open to economic operators under Cameroonian law who are legally constituted and have at least two years of proven experience in collective catering, canteen management, company restaurants or similar structures. They must also have the technical, human and financial capacity to operate a canteen for a workforce of approximately 750 employees.
Experience in institutional environments or environments with significant operational constraints would be advantageous.
# 6. CONTENTS OF THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FILE
Under penalty of rejection, the consultation file must include the following documents, either originals or certified copies, dated within the last three (03) months :
- a declaration of interest duly signed by the authorised representative, stating the operator's company name, registered office address and the powers delegated to the signatory, if applicable ;
- the operator's administrative file, consisting of a certificate of non-bankruptcy, a tax compliance certificate, a bank account certificate and a map showing the location of the business ;
