NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS OPENED IN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

- Subject of the Call or Tenders:
The Senior Divisional Officer (SDO) of the Nyong et Kelle Division, Project Owner Delegate, is launching a National Open Call for Tenders under emergency procedure for the execution of works completion works for the NgoG-Mapubi Social Center, Nyong et Kelle Division, Center Region in emergency procedure
- Consistency of the work
The works include in particular: - Preparatory work – studies; - Masonry – construction; - Coating; - Electricity – Air conditioning; - Urban street and other network.
- Allotment
The work consists presented as a Single lot.
- Forecast cost:
The estimated cost of the operation following preliminary studies is twenty-five million (25,000,000) CFA Francs including all taxes.
- Execution deadline:
The maximum execution period provided by the Project Owner for the performance for the services is four (04 months), including all possible constraints linked to the isolation, the specific constraints of the site, the climatic conditions and the means of access on site. The period runs from the date of notification of the service order to begin work.
It is up to the Contracting Party to propose in its offer an execution schedule falling within the above-mentioned period.
- Participation and origin:
Participation in this National Call for Tenders is open on equal terms to all Companies under Cameroonian law with skills in the field of public works. Having good experience in carrying out Civil Engineering and justifying technical and financial capabilities for the good achievement of the work.
- Financing:
The work of this notified national call for public invitation toedows are financed by Public Investment Budget (PIB) – (MINAS), Fiscal year 2026.
- Mission of submission:
The submission method chosen for this consultation is offline.
- Bid bond:
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents a bid bond, paid by hand, issued by an organization or financial institution approved by the Minister responsible for finance to issue bonds in the of public contracts the list of which appears in exhibit 11 of DAO, the amount of which is five hundred thousand (500,000) CFA Francs) and valid for up to thirty (30) days beyond the initial date of validity of the offers. The absence of the bid bond issued by a first-rate bank or a first-class financial institution authorized by the Minister responsible for finance to issue guarantees in the context of public procurement, will result in the outright rejection of the offer. A
bid bond produced but having no connection with the consultation concerned is considered absent. The bid bond presented by a bidder during the bid opening session is inadmissible.
