OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
N° 03/ ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/PIB/2026 OF 213 JAN 2026 FOR THE ELECTRIFICATION OF KONYIART QUARTER OF BABA I VILLAGE IN BABESSI COUNCIL MUNICIPALITY, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION OF THE NORTH-WEST REGION.

- Subject of the Invitation to Tender:
Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of Babessi Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for The Electrification of Konyiart Quarter of Baba I Village in Babessi Council Area, Ngoketunjia Division of the North-West Region.
- Nature of work:
Work to be done consists of
☑ Construction of a LV Three-phase line on a distance of 475m with 3x70mm²+2EP+1NP Aluminum Preassembled Cable On Existing Three Phase Mv Line.
☑ Construction of a LV Three-phase line on a distance of 315m with 4x25mm²Aluminum Twisted Cable.
☑ Construction of Three Phase Transformation Substations H61- 160KVA/30KV.
☑ The Sundry expenses will consist of:
> Clearing and pruning 8m width on each side of the network.
> Transportation of wooden and concrete poles, materials and workers.
☑ Production and validation of Environmental impact notice.
- Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this Invitation to Tender is three (03) months

The work is in a single lot
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is twenty-Five million (25,000,000) FCFA
- Participation and origin
Participation to this Invitation to Tender is opened to Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the Cameroon laws.
- Financing
Works which form the subject of this Invitation to Tender shall be financed by the PIB MINEE 2026. Budget head number _______________
- Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued in line with the prescriptions of the "Caisse des Depots Et Consignations-CDEC" by a first-rate banking establishment or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 13 of the Tender File, of an amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (500,000) FCFA, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
