SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDERS N° 030/ONIT/NWRA/RDNW/ITB/2026 OF 06/03/2026 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR BOREHOLE AT THE REGIONAL LODGE
The President of the Regional Assembly for the North West (Contracting Authority) hereby amends the above mentioned tender files as follows:
1) INSTEAD OF:
11. Submission of bids
The method of submission shall be online.
The Tender must be submitted by the Tenderer on the COLEPS Platform not later than 10/04/2026 at 10:00am. A backup copy of the Tender saved in a USB key or a CD/DVD must be sent in a sealed envelope with a clear and legible indication “backup copy” within the time limit bearing the label:

The opening of the administrative document, the technical and financial offers will take place on the 10/04/2026 at 11.00 am local time, in the conference hall of the President of the North West Regional Assembly Internal tenders Board, by its competence members. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice who have good knowledge of the file.

This modification does not give right to any additional time because at the time of establishment and publication, no bidder had manifested interest in the tender.
