N° /AONO/C/BARE/CIPM/2026 OF 2026 CONSTRUCTION WORK OF A RETAINING WALL ON THE NKONGSAMBA - BARE (ABATTOIR) COMMUNAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARE, MUNGO DIVISION, LITTORAL REGION
FUNDING: Public of Investment Budget (PIB) of MINTP EXERCISE 2026
1. Subject of the invitation to tender
As part of the execution of the Public Investment Budget (PIB) for the 2026 financial year, the Mayor of Bare Council, is launching an Open National Call for Tenders relating to maintenance work on the road “crossroad in front of the agricultural station - crossroad 70m from the coffee factory ste Barka sari - crossroad next to the fountain marker” 3.65 km long with the construction of a 6m-long bridge in the Commune of Bare, Mungo Division, Littoral Region.
2. Nature of Works
The works covered by this Call for Tenders include:
- Installations;
- Cleaning, Earthworks, and Retaining Wall;
- Miscellaneous
3. Allotment
The work is subdivided into a single lot.
4. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stands at 50 000 000 (Fifty millions) Francs CFA..
5. Estimated execution deadline
The maximum execution period provided by the Contracting Authority for the completion of the works is six (06) months from the date of notification of the service order to start the works.
6. Participation an origin
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to companies under Cameroonian law not excluded from public procurement and evolving in this field of activity in accordance with to its tax category.
7. Funding
Works under this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget (BIP) of MINTP for the 2026 financial year on budget allocation line N°...
8. Bidding method
The submission method chosen for this consultation is the offline submission method.
9. Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a hand-endorsed bid bond, issued by a financial body or institution approved by the Minister in charge of finance to issue bonds for public contracts and whose list appears in document 14 of the Tender File (TF), of an amount of F CFA 250,000 (Two thousand five hundred). It is not more than 0,5% of the estimated cost of the contract all taxes inclusive (ATI), in accordance with the Order in force and valid up to thirty (30) days beyond the initial date limit of the validity of bids.
