FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME IN MBAJENG, NDU SUB-DIVISION, DONGA MANTUNG DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION.
- SUBJECT OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER: Within the framework of the execution of the 2026 state budget, the State of Cameroon represented by the Mayor for Ndu Council hereby launches an open national invitation to tender FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME IN MBAJENG, NDU SUB-DIVISION, DONGA-MANTUNG DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION
- NATURE OF SERVICE: Work to be done consists of
- Preparatory works
- Earth works
- Foundation
- Stone Masonry
- Decking of slabs
- Pointing and internal plastering
- Plumbing works
- Excavation of pipe line /backfilling
- Control tests on pipes
- Piping
- Care/Laying of pipes
- Training of water management committee
- EXECUTION DEADLINE: The maximum deadline for the execution provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be Four months (120 calendar days) with effect from date of notification of the Service Order to start work.
Lots: The works is in one (1) lot as follow: THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME IN MBAJENG, Ndu Sub-Division, Donga-Mantung Division, North West Region
- Estimated cost: The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Twenty-six million (26,000,000) fcfa

- Participation and origin: Participation in this invitation to tender is open to competent Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the fiscal laws.
- FINANCING: The said works shall be financed as per the programmed budget of the 2026 Public Investment Budget (PIB 2026) of the Republic of Cameroon under the Ministry of Decentralisation And Local Development assigned to the Mayor Ndu Council.
- BID BONDS: Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and the list of which is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File and validated by CDEC of an amount of five hundred and twenty thousand (520,000) francs CFA, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
