OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER No.06/ONIT/ KUMBA III COUNCIL /MEME/ITB/2026 of 01 /04/2025 FOR THE EXTENSION OF RURAL ELECTRICITY FROM THREE CORNER FIANGO TO DSCHANG QUARTER AND MUNDAME, IN KUMBA III SUBDIVISION, MEME DIVISION, SOUTH-REGION. First phase
FUNDING: PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET (PIB), MINEE
1. Subject of the invitation to tender.
Within the framework of the improvement of electrification within the Kumba III municipality, most especially to fight insecurity, the Lord Mayor of the Kumba III Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the extension of electricity from three corners fiango to Dschang Quarters mundame PHASE I.
2. Nature of works.
The works comprise notably: Installation, Preliminary and earthworks, Drainage, Road sign boards and security equipment.
3. Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner is fixed at three (03) months from the date of service order notification to start work.
4. Lots
The works consist of one (01) unique lot.
5. Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 50,000,000 (fifty million) FCFA. Inclusive of all taxes
6. Participation and origin
Participation in this Invitation to Tenders is open, on equal terms, to all companies and businesses under Cameroonian law with proven experience in the rural electrification sector and categorised.
7. Financing
Works of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget - MINEE of the 2026 financial year; Chapter - Paragraph -
8. Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by CDEC Yaoundé exclusively of an amount representing 0.2% (100.000) of the contract amount and valid for ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids. Also, the bid bond must be in compliance with the model of the Tender file.
9. Consultation of tender file
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Kumba III Council as soon as this notice is published.
10. Acquisition of tender file
The file shall be obtained at Kumba III Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 50 000 (fifty thousand) CFA francs, payable at Kumba III Council Municipal Treasury.

# 11. Submission of bids
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach The Kumba III Council not later than the 28/04/2026 at 10am and should carry the inscription:
