FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A POULTRY FARM IN NGUTI Funding: Public Investment Budget 2026

- Subject of the invitation to tender:
Within the framework of the 2026 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Nguti Council on behalf of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A POULTRY FARM IN NGUTI Nature of services The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
- Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is four (04) months.
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20 000 000 FRS.
- Participation and origin
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
- Financing
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year budgetary head:
- Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of
the Tender File, of an amount of 1 500 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids
8. Consultation of tender file:
The file may be consulted during working hours at the secretariat of the Mayor of Nguti Council as soon as this notice is published.
9. Acquisition of tender file:
The file may be obtained from the secretariat of the mayor of Nguti Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 30,000FCFA, payable at the Nguti Council Treasury.
10. Submission of bids:
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the Mayor of Nguti Council not later than 17/4/2026 at 10am and should carry the inscription:
