Le Ministre de la Fonction Publique et de la Réforme Administrative invite les candidats déclarés définitivement admis au test de sélection du 17 décembre 2017 pour le recrutement de soixante-quatorze (74) Secrétaires (CAP Sténodactylographie, Secrétariat Bureautique) et de cent vingt-six (126) Chauffeurs (permis de conduire B), à se présenter dans son Département Ministériel (Direction du Développement des Ressources Humaines de l'État), porte 409, le mercredi 21 février 2018 à 09 heures, à l'effet de procéder aux formalités de prise de service.
À cet effet, les intéressés devront se munir de leur carte nationale d'identité, d'une photocopie du titre initialement exigé et du dossier de prise en charge constitué des pièces ci-après :
- une (01) demande timbrée de prise en charge;
- un (01) bulletin de visite médicale;
- deux (02) notices individuelles;
- deux (02) fiches antilopes;
- deux (02) fiches de renseignements;

The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby invites successful candidates of the selection test of 17th December 2017 to recruit of 74 (seventy-four) Secretaries (CAP Stenographers, Typists) and 126 (one hundred and twenty six) Drivers (category B driver’s licence), to report at his Ministry (Department of State Human Resource Development), Room 409, on Wednesday 21 January 2018 as from 9 a.m. to assume duty.
In this respect, they should come along with their national identity cards, a photocopy of the required certificate and their file for insertion into the State’s payroll, constituted as follows:
- a stamped application for insertion into the state’s Payroll ;
- a medical report ;
- two individual information forms;
- two “Antilopes” forms ;
- two information sheets ;
- a copy of marriage certificate (where applicable).
