This period will be marked by a very high risk of recording:
- Poultry and pig loss in certain localities of the Far North and North Regions, due to floods;
- Cases of lodging in orchards in the North region, due to heavy rains, accompanied by violent winds;
- Cases of death by drowning due to floods that could be observed in risky areas of certain localities in the Far North and North Regions;
- Floods in certain agglomerations in the North (Lagdo, Garoua, Pitoa and Poli) and Far North (Mokolo, Maroua, Mora, Bogo, Kaele, Yagoua, Maga, etc.) regions due to concentrated rains within a very short period of time;
- New cases of cholera in certain large agglomerations in the Far North and North regions, due to the contamination of water points and food by contaminated run-offs.
It is recommended that during this period from 21st to 30th September 2023, farmers in the Far North and North regions continue to refer to the Agricultural Calendar for their activities.
This dekad from 21st to 30th September 2023 will be marked by Rainfall amounts below those observed during the previous dekad in the North and Far North regions.

This dekad from 21st to 30th September 2023 will be marked by persistent cold nights in the localities of Dota, Tchabal Djalingo, Ngaoundere, Mbe, Banyo et Meiganga, due to minimum temperatures between 13°C and 20°C.

This period from 21st to 30th September 2023 will be marked by Rainfall amounts below those observed during the previous dekad in the Adamawa region.

This period will be marked by a very high risk of recording:
- Cases of joint pain, due to the night-time cold, in people suffering from osteoarthritis and rheumatism in the Adamawa region;
- Cases of floods in certain agglomerations (Ngaoundere and Tignere) in the Adamawa region;
- Cases of degradation and destruction of roofs of dwellings in many localities in the Adamawa region, due to heavy rains accompanied by strong winds and hailstones;
- Cases of loss of livestock and even death of herders in some localities in the southern part of the Adamawa regions, due to lightning strikes;
- Cases of lodging in orchards in the Adamawa region due to heavy rains, accompanied by violent winds.
