The Minister of Higher Education hereby announces to the general public and prospective applicants that the Government of Brazil has launched an offer of 100 scholarships in the best universities of higher education in Brazil through its program "PEC-G" for the academic year 2018/2019.
This offer is open to applicants of Cameroonian nationality, as well as those from other developing countries residing in Cameroon who are fluent in the Portuguese language.
Eligibility conditions:
Candidates should: 1. Be of Cameroonian nationality or a citizen from developing countries residing in Cameroon; 2. Be at least 18 years by December 31, 2018 and at most 23 years; 3. Not be of Brazilian nationality; 4. Not have a temporary or permanent visa from Brazil; 5. Have pocket allowance during the training period in Brazil, receiving a monthly minimum of four hundred US dollars (US $ 400) equivalent to 200,000 CFA francs; 6. Commit to respecting the rules of the PEC-G scholarship program; 7. Have obtained in the second cycle a general average of 60% or higher in all subjects.
