The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education announces:
The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan has decided to grant scholarships for the academic year 2019/2020 to the citizens of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the prestigious universities of the country.
These scholarship offers are open for obtaining a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Doctorate, Diploma of general medicine / residence. Indeed, the Delegation invites governments to submit nominations (2 main candidates and 2 reserve nominations).

NB: Applications for scholarships must be submitted no later than February 1, 2091.

Le Ministre d'Etat, Ministre de l'Enseignement Supérieur communique :
Le gouvernement de la République d'Azerbaïdjan offre des bourses d'étude pour l'année universitaire 2019/2020 aux citoyens des Etats membres de l'Organisation de la Coopération Islamique dans les universités prestigieuses du pays.
Ces offres de bourses sont ouvertes pour l'obtention de Licence, Master, Doctorat, Diplôme de médecine générale/ résidence. En effet, la Délégation invite les gouvernements à y soumettre des candidatures (2 candidatures essentielles et 2 candidatures de réserve).
