1) Objet de l'Appel d'Offres
Le Maire de la Commune de Douala 5ème, Autorité contractante, lance un avis d'Appel d'offres National Ouvert, relatif aux contrôle technique et souscription d'une compagnie d'assurance maladie en faveur des membres de l'exécutif, des conseillers municipaux, du personnel et de leurs conjoint(e)s de la commune d'arrondissement de douala 5ème.
2) Consistance des Prestations
Les prestations objet du présent Appel d'Offres portent sur le contrôle technique et la souscription des polices d'assurances maladie, en faveur des membres de l'exécutif, des conseillers municipaux, du personnel et de leurs conjoint(e)s.
La consistance de ces prestations est détaillée dans les Termes de Référence (TDR) du présent DAO.
3) Allotissement
Les prestations sont subdivisées en deux (02) lots ci-après définis :

1. Subject of the invitation to tender
The mayor to the Douala 5th City Council, Contracting Authority, Launches an Open National Open Call for Tender for the Technical control and subscription of a health insurance company in favor of members of the executive, municipal councilors, staff and their spouses
2. Nature of Services
The services covered by this invitation to Tenders relate to the technical control and subscription of health insurance policies, for members of the executive, municipal councilors, staff and their spouses.
