The Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts, Achille BASSILEKIN III has taken a series of measures destined to the personnel in particular and the public in general, aimed at reinforcing the fight against COVID-19 within MINPMEESA. The said measures concern among other things, access to the Central Services notably those located in the ‘Emergence’ building and at ‘Immeuble Rose’ both in Yaoundé on the one hand, as well as those of Devolved Services located at Regional and Divisional headquarters nationwide on the other hand.
To this end, the Minister wishes to inform the general public that access to the above Central and Devolved Services is henceforth:
- Regulated towards users;
- Restricted against casual visits and ;
- Prohibited to hawkers.
Moreover, the ground floor of the ‘Emergence’ building housing MINPMEESA services shall henceforth be provided with a special unit dedicated solely to receiving mail, facilitating service delivery and responding to user needs.
The Minister enjoins all and sundry to the strict respect of the aforementioned directives so that the fight against Covid-19 should become a shared social responsibility.
