The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the general public of the circulation on the social media of a false press release under number D1/22/226/CRP/MINFOPRA/SG/DDC of July 5 2019 and bearing his signature that was fraudulently scanned. This number corresponds to that of a genuine press release banning for a period of 4 (four) years from participating in the competitive entrance examinations into the 1st year of Professional MASTERS in Demography of IFORD, 18 (eighteen) candidates convinced of fraud during the 2019 session.
The above mentioned false press release invites Primary and Nursery Grade I Teachers who were finally declared successful in the selection test of 8 December 2018 to finalize their absorption process into the public service and places at the disposal of persons concerned, a telephone number ( +237675428539) for so-called telephone interviews.
The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform absolutely refutes this information and reminds the public that this is yet another fraud attempt orchestrated by people with dubious character and they should avoid falling into such trap.
He further reiterates that there is no phase in the recruitment process known as telephone interviews and warns perpetrators and accomplices of such acts that expose them to criminal prosecution.
The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform invites successful candidates in the aforementioned selection test to be very cautious and that they will be convened, as usual, through the official means.
