The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby announces to State employees who have requested the notification of their career instruments in the regions that, these instruments are already available at the level of the devolved structures of his ministry.
In that respect, he invites them to report to the Regional Delegations of the Public Service and Administrative Reform of their place of residence or workstation with their valid national identity card in order to withdraw their career instrument.
Moreover, given the indispensable nature of the availability of information on their location that should be provided by service users for the success of the special operation for the notification of career instruments set up following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the Minister of the Public Service urges users to consult the list updated on 19 June 2020, of close to 1 208 career instruments published online on MINFOPRA website at www.minfopra.gov.cm under the heading “signed and available career instruments”.
He further reminds state employees who wish to be notified of their career files (absorption, reclassification, advancement, advanced salary and individual entitlements) that they can make such request at the Regional Delegations of their jurisdiction or resort to one of the following platforms:
