Dans ce contexte particulièrement difficile, notre Communauté (CEMAC) constitue un atout que nous devons préserver et renforcer. Ce n'est qu'ensemble que nous pouvons surmonter les difficultés actuelles et bâtir de meilleures perspectives économiques et sociales pour nos États et nos populations.
C'est donc avec optimisme que j'entrevois notre avenir commun.
In this particularly challenging context, our Community is an asset we must preserve and strengthen. It is only through concerted actions that we will be able to overcome the current challenges and secure better economic and social prospects for our States and our peoples.
Therefore, I am optimistic about our common future.
