COMMUNIQUE
TO ALL ADVOCATES AND ADVOCATES-IN-TRAINING
The Bar Secretary hereby informs all Advocates and Advocates-in-Training that, following the end of the first semester in all regions, training conferences are hereby suspended and shall resume on a date to be announced in due course, in accordance with the training programme to be determined by the Bar Council.
It has also come to the attention of the Bar Council that several Advocates-in-Training are currently in situations of incompatibility. Accordingly, they are required to submit, no later than 15 November 2025, to the various Representatives of the Bar President, with a copy addressed to the Bar Secretary, conclusive evidence demonstrating that the situation of incompatibility has been effectively resolved. Training Masters are urged to ensure strict compliance with this directive.
Advocates and Advocates-in-Training are equally informed that authentication of academic qualifications (Bachelor's degrees) of all Advocates-in-Training shall be completed prior to the end-of-pupilage examination.
