The Bar President wishes to express his satisfaction with the level of interest shown by Lawyers towards the upcoming training which shall be organised by the financial firm FINANCA ENGINEERING SA, scheduled for the 1 and 2 of November in Douala, under the theme: "criminalizing the non-payment of loans: Three years after."
To encourage Lawyers for this enthusiasm shown in the training, the Bar President has negotiated a flat rate of 25.000frs each for Lawyers, instead of the initial 50.000frs.
This project is in line with the structural and sustainable partnership between the financial firm in issue and the Cameroon Bar.
The Bar President therefore urges Lawyers to grasp this opportunity which would equip them with skills on the contours of the new procedure of criminalizing non-payment of loans and other banking facilities ./.
