Le Ministre de la Fonction Publique et de la Réforme Administrative a invité Monsieur MOUELLE DOMINIQUE ANTOINE, candidat déciant définitivement admis au concours direct des 21 et 22 avril 2018 pour le recrutement de cent cinquante (150) Techniciens d'Agriculture, n'ayant pas encore pris service, à se présenter impérativement dans son département ministériel, Direction du Développement des Ressources Humaines de l'Eau (porte 405), dans un délai de quinze (15) jours dès la diffusion du présent communiqué, à l'effet de procéder aux formalités de prise de service, de quoi il sera considéré comme démissionnaire et remplacé par un candidat de liste d'attente.
À cet effet, l'intéressé devra se munir de sa carte nationale d'identité d'une photocopie du diplôme initialement exigé et du dossier de prise en charge constitué des pièces ci-après :
- une (01) demande timbrée de prise en charge ;
- un (01) bulletin de visite médicale ;
- deux (02) notices individuelles ;
- deux (02) fiches antilopes ;
- deux (02) fiches de renseignements.

The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby invites Mr. MOUELLE DOMINIQUE ANTOINE, successor candidate of the direct competitive examination of 21 and 22 April 2018 for the recruitment of 150 (one hundred and fifty) Agricultural Technicians, who has not yet assumed duty, to report to his Ministry, Department of State Human Resource Development (Room 400 within 15(fifteen) days from the date of signature of this press release to assume duty, failing which he shall be considered as having resigned.
In this respect, he should bring alongside his national identity card, a photocopy of the initially required certificate and his file for insertion into the State's Payroll constituted as follows:
- a stamped application for insertion into the State's Payroll;
- a medical report;
- two "Antilope" forms;
- two individual information forms;
- two information sheets.
