A WORD FROM THE BAR PRESIDENT TO WOMEN ADVOCATES
My Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
On this 8th day of March 2023, when, together with the international community, Cameroon celebrates the International Women's Day (IWD), it is a special honour for me to wish you all a wonderful celebration.
I congratulate the initiatives that have been taken for an active participation of female advocates from all our regions on this 38th edition of the International Women's Day, and my desire is for this trend to be maintained moving forward.
It is undoubtedly clear that as women and advocates, you are leaders in our society. And you must assume this leadership role in all circumstances. I am pleased to see that this leadership role is becoming progressively evident within the Bar. I urge you all to stay this course. In this regard, I invite you to adopt and exploit the theme chosen for this year's IWD celebration, namely: "For an Inclusive Digital World: Innovation and Technologies for Gender Equality".
It goes without saying that mastering digital technology will contribute to your personal development and will allow you to improve your professional performance by staying operational wherever you are.
