AND ## THE RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF YAOUNDE II-SOA ## ANNOUNCEMENT
A call for application is launched for entry into level I of the Master's cycle of the Advanced Program of Specialisation in Public Finance, for the academic year 2025/2026, at the lone centre in Yaoundé.
This call for application concerns the following disciplines, according to the number of places specified below:
I. Face-to-face training (on campus learning)
- Public Economics and Public Management: 25 places;
- Taxation, Finance and Public Accounting: 25 places;
- Territorial Governance and Local Public Finance: 25 places;
- Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnerships: 25 places;
- Audit and Control of Public Finance: 25 places.
II. Distance learning (E-Learning)
- Public Economics and Public Management: 10 places;
- Taxation, Finance and Public Accounting: 10 places;
- Territorial Governance and Local Public Finance: 10 places;
- Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnerships: 10 places;
- Audit and Control of Public Finance: 10 places.
A.) Conditions to be fulfilled
Candidates of both sex with the following criteria may apply:
- Be a holder of a university degree with educational background in Economics, Management, law and related disciplines.
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in a service or structure directly related to public finance.

NB: Validation of prior learning and experience may prevail depending on the coherence between the training and the professional project of the candidate.
B.) Composition of the application file
The complete application files must reach PSSFP campus in Yaounde (door 231), latest 19th September 2025 at 3.30 pm. All documents of the candidates must imperatively, include the following documents:
- 01 registration form to be downloaded at http://www.pfinancespubliques.org;
- 01 certified copy of the required diploma (Degree) duly signed by the competent academic authorities, dated less than three months old;
- 01 legalized photocopy of the birth certificate, dated less than three months;
- The transcripts of the degree cycle duly signed by the competent academic authorities;
- A detailed CV;
- A letter of motivation;
- A certificate of service and an authorization from the employer are required if applicable;
- 01 large stamped envelope bearing the applicant's address;
- A receipt of payment from the "Crédit Mutuel d'Investissement du Cameroun"(CREMINCAM) of the sum of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA francs as application fees, or money order addressed to the Administrative and Financial Officer of PSSFP, BP: 2332 Yaoundé-Messa.
