RésuméLe Ministre de la Fonction Publique et de la Réforme Administrative informe la communauté nationale et les agents de l'État qu'il a accordé une délégation de signature aux Délégués Régionaux pour certifier les instruments de gestion de carrière au niveau local. Les agents peuvent désormais obtenir cette certification dans les délégations régionales de leur lieu de résidence. The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform have the honour to inform the national community, and especially State employees or their rightful claimants, that he has just granted a delegation of signature to the Regional Delegates of his Ministry to proceed with the certification of career management instruments at local level.

They can henceforth solicit and obtain at the Regional Delegations of MINFOPRA of their area of residence, the certification of career instruments that they are in possession of.

This measure is in line with the esteemed instructions of the President of the Republic, His Excellency PAUL BIYA, and implemented under the authority of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, within the framework of the devolution of the public service.

This, henceforth brings to 11 (eleven) the number of signatories of instruments and aims not only at bringing our administration closer to its users by offering to them proximity services, but also to spare them from travelling long distances to get this service, which was formerly provided only by the Sub-Department of the Central Card-Index and Documentation.

The MINFOPRA once again reiterates that the public service is free of charge and consequently shall not in any case, be a subject for any bargaining./-
