OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER FILE N° ___/ONIT/NWRA/ITB/2026 OF ___/___/2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF THREE CLASSROOMS AND TWO OFFICES IN SOME GOVERNMENT SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE NORTH WEST REGION DIVIDED INTO FOUR (04) LOTS
Financing: Public Investment Budget – 2026
1. Subject of the Invitation to Tender:
Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The President of the North West Regional Assembly, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender for the Construction of a Block of three Classrooms and two Offices in some Government Secondary and High Schools in the North West Region, divided into Four (04) Lots.
2. Nature of works:
Works to be done consists of 100 : Earthworks 200 : Foundations 300 : Elevation 400 : Roofing and ceiling works 500 : Wood and metal works 600 : Electricity 700 : Plastering and finishing/painting 800 : Painting 900 : Drainage system (VRD)
3. Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject of this Invitation to tender is Four (04) calendar Months per lot.

The works are in FOUR (04) LOTSas follows:
