OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER FILE N° ___/ONIT/NWRA/ITB/2026 OF ___/___/2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF THREE CLASSROOMS AND TWO OFFICES IN SOME GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL AND HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE NORTH WEST REGION DIVIDED INTO THREE (03) LOTS

Financing: Public Investment Budget – 2026

1. Subject of the Invitation to Tender:

Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The President of the North West Regional Assembly, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender for the Construction of a Block of three Classrooms and two Offices in some Government Technical and High Schools in the North West Region, divided into Three (03) lots.

2. Nature of works:

Works to be done consists of

100 : PREPATORY WORKS – SETTING OUT – STUDIES 200: EXCAVATION AND EARTHWORK 300 : FOUNDATION 400 : ELEVATION OF WALLS 500 : PROOF TRUSS AND COVERING 600 : JOINERY AND METAL WORKS 700 : ELECTRICITY 800: PLASTERING AND PAINT WORK 900 : V.R.D. 1000: ADMINISTRATIVE BLOC 1100: A BLOC OF LATRINE OF SIX (06) COMPARTIMENTS OUTSIDE AMENITIES AND LAYING OUT PLANNING

3. Execution deadline

The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject of this Invitation to tender is Four (04) calendar Months per lot.
