The President of the Republic promulgated the Finance Law for the 2024 fiscal year

2024 FISCAL YEAR The budget of the State in revenue and expenditures stands at F.CFA 6 740,1 billion, giving an increase of F. CFA 13,2 billion, compared to the 2023 fiscal year. The Minister of Finance signed the Circular on the instructions relating to the implementation of the Finance Laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the State and other publics entities for the 2024 fiscal year, and its annexes
It is a regularising tool, which takes into account the budgetary policies, that led to the elaboration of the 2024 Budget. It retraces all the measures and necessary procedures for an effective and efficient execution of the budget.

- Objectif de la politique budgétaire pour 2024
Assurer sa compatibilité avec les objectifs poursuivis dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie Nationale de Développement 2020-2030 (SND30), à travers un financement adéquat du programme de dépenses qui en découle, tout en garantissant la viabilité budgétaire à moyen et à long terme.

EN MATIÈRES DE RECETTES :
- Augmenter le niveau de mobilisation des recettes internes non pétrolières, afin d'accroître l'espace budgétaire nécessaire au financement des dépenses publiques.
EN MATIÈRES DE DÉPENSES :
- Rationaliser les dépenses publiques, à travers une meilleure priorisation et la promotion de leur efficacité socioéconomique, pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de la SND30.
