# THE MINISTER OF WATER AND ENERGY HEREBY ANNOUNCES THAT:
Pursuant to the provisions of the EoI No. 00000004/ASMI/MINEE/SG/CI/2023 OF 18
JANUARY 2023, the following firms are invited to submit a tender for the Restricted Invitation
to Tender to select firms or technical consulting firms to modernise the Ministry of Water and
Energy through the acquisition, installation and configuration of a software for the management
and centralisation of MINEE’S mail.
