The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the public of the vacancy of the position of Executive Secretary at the Observatory of African Public Service (OFPA), with headquarters in Cotonou in the Republic of Benin.
This position is opened to senior civil servants or experts who are non-civil servants who fulfill the conditions laid down in the call for applications published in that respect.
