  • Judicial Police and Judicial Police Officers
  • Police investigation
  • The Legal Department and its functions with regard to criminal Courts;

  • The functions of Judicial Police Officers
  • Rogatory Commissions (Judicial delegation of power).

c) THE JUDICIAL ORGANISATION - Civil justice - Military justice

B) - PUBLIC LAW :

a) ADMINISTRATIVE LAW:

  • The administrative organisation of the State (centralisation, devolution and decentralisation);
  • Functions of Heads of administrative units;
  • Organisation of councils in Cameroon from 1974 till date;
  • The unilateral administrative act;
  • Administrative contracts;
  • Administrative responsibility and public authority;

b) CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (the evolution of Cameroonian institutions from 1956 to date)
