Announcement — Issuance of Treasury Bills (52-weeks Treasury Bills, 27 January 2021)

The Public Treasury of the Republic of Cameroon announces the issuance of 52-week fungible Treasury Bills by auction on 27 January 2021. The issuance volume is 15,000 million CFAF with a unit face value of 1,000,000 CFAF. Interest is pre-computed from the face value. The securities are dematerialized and reimbursed in fine at maturity on 28 January 2022. Subscription is open to individuals and corporate entities through approved primary dealers listed in the announcement.

ISSUANCE OF TREASURY BILLS

On the 27th January 2021, the Public Treasury of the Republic of Cameroon shall, by way of auction, issue Fungible Treasury Bills with the following characteristics:

52-weeks Treasury Bills - Issuance Code CM1300000526 BTA-52 28-JANV-2022 - Maturity date 28th of January 2022 - Re-imbursement In fine - Nature of securities Dematerialized securities - Issuance volume (in million CFAF) 15 000 - Unit face value (in CFAF) 1 000 000 - Return Interest shall be pre-computed from the face value of the bonds - Subscription deadline Wednesday, 27th January 2021 before 9 a.m. Banks and financial establishments approved as primary dealers by the Minister in charge of Finance of the Republic of Cameroon Thursday, 28th January 2021 before 12 noon - Publication of results Friday, 29th January 2021 before 3 p.m. - Settlement date Friday, 29th January 2021 - Value date
