Article premier. - Le Président de la République est autorisé à ratifier laconvention sur le licenciement, adoptée à Genève le 22 juin 1982 par la Conférence générale de l'Organisation intemationale du travail.

to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Convention concerning the termination of employment at the initiative of the employer adopted by the Interational General Labour Conference at Geneva on 22 June 1982.
The National Assembly has deliberated and adopted,
The President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
Section 1. - The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Convention concerning the termination of employment at the initiative of the employer adopted by the International General-Labour Conference at Geneva on 22 June 1982.
Section 2. - This law shall be registered and published in the Official Gazette in English and French.
