ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES AUTHORITY OF HEADS OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT LOME, 22 - 23 NOVEMBER 1984
FINAL COMMUNIQUE
The Authority of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) held its seventh Ordinary Session at Lome, Republic of Togo on 22 and 23 November 1984.
Present at the Summit were the following Heads of State and Government, and accredited representatives :-

During the opening ceremony, speeches were made by His Excellency, General Gnassingbe EYADEMA, Founder Chairman of the Togolese People's Rally, President of the Togolese People's Rally, President of the Republic and Head of State
