The ECOWAS Water Resources Management Centre (WCRM) is seeking bids from eligible candidates who meet the required qualification criteriafr the construction o iftensolar-powered Autonomous Water Stations sin various localities in the Republic of Guinea Bissau.he works aremadeu single lot bringing together the following localities:
Gä Djungudo, Banculem, Ponta M'Dontche, Cussana II, Cassoma de Baixo, Vicente, Pastam, Bugoto, Cuntumondam de Baixo/Entrada Vaticano, Sintcha, Gä Sene, Satecuta Biofada/Balanta, Bigha, Cafal Nalu, Ville de Catio.

In case of electronic submission, bidders are invited to take all necessary measures to avoid any technological failure that could lead to delays and/or errors when submitting electronically. The original bid guarantee must be delivered to the contracting authority no later than the deadline for submission of bids (EcowAs Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon crescent, Abuja, Nigeria. 1st floor, Procurement Division).
Bidders must be encrypted with a password that will only be communicated on the day and at the time of the tender opening.
