RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE CABLING OF THE CITY HALL, YOUPWE, MUNICIPAL ROADS, AND MUNICIPAL CIRCLE SITES.

The Mayor of the City of Douala, Contracting Authority, hereby communicates: The company designated below is, by Decision N° 019/D/CUD/SG/DSGP/SDPM/2026 of 15 APR 2026, declared the successful bidder for the contract relating to the above-mentioned Invitation to Tender, for the amount and period indicated below:

The successful bidder is hereby invited to report to the Directorate of General Services and Heritage / Sub-Directorate for the Award of Public Contracts of the Urban Community of Douala, at the SCI Bonanjo Building, located at 1.049, Pasteur Street, 5th floor, within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this communiqué, for the purpose of signing its draft contract.
Upon expiry of this period, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the award.
Furthermore, this communiqué serves as a "Release" of bid bonds for unsuccessful tenders.
