Mindful of the Constitution; Vu La Constitution ;
Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ;
Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ;
Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree NO. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ;
Mindful of Order N° 076/A/MINAT/DAT/SDA/SECI of 09 March 1989 to establish special civil status registration centers, in Obala Sub-Division ; Vu l'arrêté N°076/A/MINAT/DAT/SDA/SECI du 09 mars 1989 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans l'Arrondissement d'Obala ;
Considering Letter N° 523/L/J03/SASC of 27th June 2023 of the Senior Divisional Officer of Lekie Division; Considérant la lettre n°523/L/J03/SASC du 27 juin 2023 du Préfet du Département de la Lékié ;
Considering service needs, Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr MBONO Laurent Achille is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Ezezang-Mendoum Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Obala Sub-Division, Lekie Division. Article 1.- Monsieur MBONO Laurent Achille est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, nommé Officier du Centre d'état civil secondaire d'Ezezang-Mendoum, Arrondissement d'Obala, Département de la Lékié.
